Anonymous tool usage (all visitors)

When you use a calculator, we record a hashed identifier (based on your IP address), the tool you used, and the date, for the purpose of enforcing daily free-use limits. We do not store your input values or calculation results.

Account data (registered users)

If you create an account, we collect your email address and name via Clerk (our authentication provider). We also store your subscription tier and Stripe customer ID. We never see or store your payment card details, as these are handled entirely by Stripe.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and PostHog to understand how visitors use the Service. These tools collect anonymised usage data including page views, session duration, and browser information. PostHog may record anonymised session replays to help us identify usability issues.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and store it with MailerLite for the purpose of sending you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
