- How much does a website cost?
- Our fixed prices start at £499 for a brochure site of up to five pages, £999 for a ten-page site with blog and email integration, and £1,999 for a full web app with e-commerce, Stripe payments and a membership area. Custom projects are quoted after a free 30-minute scoping call.
- How long does it take to build a website?
- Starter and Standard builds are delivered in 14 days from the date we receive your brief and deposit. Pro builds take up to 21 days. Custom projects have a delivery date agreed in writing before work starts.
- What happens if you miss the delivery date?
- We issue a full refund. That is our guarantee in writing. We have never missed a delivery date, but the protection is there for your peace of mind.
- What technology do you use?
- We build with Next.js deployed on Vercel, using Postgres for the database, Clerk for authentication, and Stripe for payments. The same stack powers clearcut.tools and its 92 live tools.
- Do I own the source code?
- Yes. On the day of delivery the full source code is pushed to a GitHub repository in your account. You own it outright with no ongoing licence fees.
- Can you redesign an existing website?
- Yes. We can redesign and rebuild an existing site on the same fixed-price tiers. Share your current URL when you fill in the brief and we will factor it into scope.
- Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
- Every build includes a 14-day bug-fix period at no extra cost. After that, we are available for ongoing work billed at our standard day rate — ask during your scoping call.
- Is there a deposit?
- Yes, 50% is due to start and the remaining 50% is due on delivery. The deposit is refundable if we miss your agreed delivery date.
